How many zucchinis you need depends on how many servings you want. Each half is a servings. Cut both edges off the zucchini and then slice each zucchini in half long ways. Place on baking sheet or in a casserole dish. Brush or drizzle the cut edge with olive oil. Then sprinkle with garlic salt, parmesan cheese, oregano,and black pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until the zucchinis are tender and the parmesan cheese starts to turn a light brown. It’s that easy.

The zucchini sticks are great as finger food for parties or just as a smaller serving option.
